    This course is designed for all working men, regardless of their state in life, who desire to live integrated lives and yet find themselves in a complex and rapidly changing working world.

  • Can I take this course as an individual, couple, or group?

    The course can be taken as an individual, couple, or small group. If you are taking this course as a group, each member of the group needs to make an individual purchase of the course, and we offer group discounts. The course contains six modules. Each module has both a video and a written component. The videos are 20-25 minutes long, and the written components are several pages. The end of each text includes questions for use in a small group setting.
